On September 2007, Ryleigh Meree Stegall
lost her 7 year battle with Acute Lymphocytic
Leukemia. She was only 10 years old. From
the day of her diagnosis until the day of her
death, Ryleigh’s family received love &
encouragement from their community.
Because of this overwhelming support, the
family established the Butterfly Foundation
as a way to give back to those in need. Named
the Butterfly Foundation because of
R y l e i g h ’ s i n t e re s t & f a s c i n a t i o n i n
butterflies, this organization has been able to
help over 100 children since it’s conception
in 2007.
In addition, over $153,000.00 has been
given to families to help with costs associated
with their child’s life threatening illness.
In life, Ryleigh was a beautiful child who
enjoyed helping others: through her
memory, the Butterfly Foundation will keep
that loving, helping spirit alive through your
donations. All monies are kept local with
every penny going to assist children & their
